External Valve Woven Bags
External valve woven bags are a common type of packaging container, widely used in chemical, construction, and related industries. The bag body is made from polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) woven fabric, with the top and bottom fully stitched, leaving only one filling inlet for machine filling, known as the external valve.
The external valve opening is usually located at the top or side of the bag, allowing easy filling and discharge of materials. After filling, the valve opening typically requires manual folding to close the bag. This operation is simple and efficient. Although the sealing performance is slightly lower than internal valve bags, it is sufficient for materials that do not require extremely high airtightness.
Key Advantages
High Packaging Efficiency
External valve woven bags are suitable for use with dedicated filling equipment. There is no need to open the entire bag mouth, and materials are quickly filled through the valve opening under pneumatic or mechanical force, significantly improving packing efficiency.
Neat and Stable Palletizing
Once filled, the bags usually form a square, block-shaped structure, allowing neat stacking and stable palletizing. This improves warehouse space utilization and reduces the risk of stack slippage.
Easy Handling and Operation
With the valve located outside the bag, both filling and discharging operations are more convenient. This design helps reduce labor intensity and time costs, improving overall handling efficiency.
Cost-Effective Solution
With a relatively simple production process and controllable raw material costs, external valve woven bags are an economical packaging choice for industries that are sensitive to packaging costs.
